Thanksgiving

We spent Thanksgiving with Randy's family.  Randy's brother and his wife came into town with their daughter, Lauren.  Lauren and Travis had a great time playing together!  Lauren is not used to boys but she adapted quite well to Travis' running and rough housing.  Justin did his usual tag-along routine.  It was so great to watch.  We don't get to see them very often, so this was a special treat.  The kids got their own table for Thanksgiving dinner.  They even ate a lttle bit!

We won't be seeing Lauren for Christmas so the kids exchanged presents on Thanksgiving.  They all loved their presents and they became the focus of play for the rest of the day.  Justin got a Swat team dress up set with a very cool gun, headset radio, grenades, glasses, vest and helmet.  They all loved playing with his gift.  The went on quite a few "missions" that day.

And football:  The Packers and Cowboys won, but the Aggies lost.  And the loss almost cancelled out the wins.  It was quite a tough loss and we are still recovering.  The Badgers win on Saturday helped some, but it's very sad to know that it's the beginning of the end of (college) football season.
